  • Ongoing support: Online coaching provide ongoing support and accountability, which can be beneficial for individuals like yourself who need extra motivation and guidance to stay on track with their health and fitness goals. 

A good (online) coach helps you to learn which steps are best for you at the moments when they are most important for you. Even more importantly, a good coach has a good listening ear to determine where adjustments need to be made in order to quickly and effectively address your health issues.

The short answer: 20 years of experience and quality. Coaching is a service, a profession that many people are involved in. For every goal, there is a coach to be found today. My coaching has been continuously refined and developed over the past 20+ years. This allows me to know exactly what doesn’t work and, most importantly, what does work in achieving goals. This experience and expertise comes with a higher price tag because I can offer higher quality, resulting in faster results derived from all those years of hands on experience before I went online to coach people.

Even with so much “free” information at your disposal, it does not mean that you can easily and successfully navigate your way to your goal without any obstacles. Nobody can tell you whether the method you have chosen will work for you and fit you. More importantly, who will guide you to make real progress towards a healthier life? No free program can do that for you.

As I have been working as a personal trainer for many years, I can easily answer this question. Personal trainers are specialists in training their clients. Through my experience as a personal trainer and nutrition expert, I have learned that knowledge and experience in these areas are important, but they do not provide any long-term benefit to the client if you don’t know how to coach. Instead of training you, I now coach you towards the results your body deserves. This is much more effective. The same applies to dietitians and other specialists. Their approach is to work with a treatment plan. This can be effective in the short term, but I always look at the long term and in that area the rules of the game change.

That of course depends on your goals, but expect that I always first look in a non-binding conversation whether your goal is realistic. There is often a big difference between what you want and what is actually possible with lifestyle interventions. By requesting a non-binding conversation, I can immediately advise you on whether my coaching program is suitable for your goals and what is actually feasible within your expectation pattern.

The influence of nutrition on one’s overall health is immeasurable. Irrespective of your goal, whether it is to become fitter, stronger, faster, slimmer or healthier, an exercise program alone will not be sufficient without proper nutrition alignment. As a nutrition expert, my focus is on plant-based nutrition. My program will not only educate you on the benefits of this delicious way of eating and drinking, but it will also have a significant impact on your appearance, performance, and overall well-being.


No, not necessarily. It all depends on your goals. For 90% of the population who are overweight, any exercise program that is safe and takes into account any limitations you have is sufficient. Such an exercise program can therefore be practiced anywhere you want. Whether that is at home or outside. You don’t always need a gym. In fact, I have developed a special program that you can perform anywhere to optimize your body’s stress.

Yes, certainly. I had the pleasure of working with the basketball team of Aris Leeuwarden for 3 years. A team that plays at the top league level. In addition to individual training and group strength training, I also provided nutrition advice and guidelines, including supplements, to perform better during the game and recover faster. The advantage of working with someone who already performs at a high level is that there is already a lot being done in other areas of life to perform and recover as well as possible. However, I still see regular opportunities for improvement. For example, by advising on plant-based nutrition, significant gains can be achieved in terms of energy and recovery. So yes, even (top) athletes are welcome!

I am always surprised by the amount of time people spend in the gym or the time trainers take to call it a workout. Unless your goal is to run a marathon, you definitely do not need to invest hours in your body. My programs only last between 90 minutes and 120 minutes per week, and that is more than enough to transform both your physical performance and appearance and your health.

Of course. I have been around in various gyms for over 30 years and, as a result, in addition to the constant adaptations to my own training, my education and working with athletes, I have seen what doesn’t work on the gym floor. My conclusion is that everyone can train better where they need to train better. Due to the lack of good feedback in the gym, results often remain elusive. It is very easy for me to get the most out of you remotely, allowing you to make even more progress. No matter how experienced you are.

Ready-made diets and meal plans do not work for most people. What works better in the short and long term is going through my step-by-step plan so that it becomes a lifestyle and not a diet. We will have weekly contact to make adjustments to this step-by-step plan so that it quickly becomes your personal changes that will truly work for you.
